The TMM MINIMUM TEMPERATURE PROBE is used in conjunction with SABIANA's "CB" and "CB-T" controls and allows the fan coil unit to turn on and off automatically.

It is used for units operating in heating mode.

It is a true "electronic thermometer"; the electrical wiring connects to the control while the temperature sensor is placed in contact with the fan coil unit's supply pipe and "reads" the temperature of the water circulating within it. It stops the electrofan when the water temperature is below 30°C, and restarts it when it reaches 38°C.
