1. Payment by Card
We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, and digital wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, all usable through the Shopify Payments platform. Payment via this method is completely secure, utilizing SSL encryption and 3D Secure security standards. All information regarding your credit card will not be handled by WORLDCLIMA, as you will enter your details on the Shopify Payment widget at the time of payment.
2. Advance Bank Transfer
In the case of advance payment by Bank Transfer, the ordered items will be dispatched only upon actual crediting of the due amount, which must occur within 6 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. After this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the customer will receive an automatic order cancellation email.
Within this timeframe, to expedite shipping, the Customer must send a copy of the bank transfer indicating the CRO number to WORLDCLIMA srls via email. The ordered items will be dispatched only after the actual crediting to the current account indicated below. The payment description must clearly state the Customer Order ID, the order date, and the buyer's first and last name.

Bank transfer for tax deduction:
This service incurs a 6% surcharge on the total order.
Since July 2011, it is no longer necessary to notify the Tax Agency of Pescara in advance of the request for tax relief for building renovation works.
Just follow these simple instructions to take advantage of the 50% IRPEF DEDUCTION:
A. The seller/installer must be an authorized company (otherwise the relief will be forfeited).
B. Pay the invoice with a bank transfer (specific form for tax deduction-building renovation) which must include:
- the company name and VAT number of the beneficiary company of the bank transfer; (WORLDCLIMA SRLS - VAT 08873311214)
- your first and last name and tax code;
- the payment reason: "BANK TRANSFER PURSUANT TO LAW DPR 917-1986-TUIR ART. 16BIS (ex 449/97) - PURCHASE OF INVERTER AIR CONDITIONER WITH HEAT PUMP"
- The invoice number and details; by calling our phone number or sending us an email to info@WORLDCLIMA.it, and communicating your order number, we will provide you with the invoice number to include in the bank transfer reason.
3. Cash on Delivery
In the case of Cash on Delivery purchases, payment (including the 4% surcharge on the total order) must be made to the Courier exclusively in cash. NOTHING more than what was indicated at the time of the order will be due from the Customer to the Courier and/or WORLDCLIMA SRLS.
Payment by cash on delivery will incur a 4% surcharge on the total order, can never be less than 5 euros, and is only available for purchases up to €2,000.00.
In case of Cash on Delivery purchase, payment must always be made to the Courier in cash.
Depending on the total amount and the nature of the products, a small advance payment may be requested to guarantee shipping.

5. Installment payment via Klarna

In order to offer the user Klarna's payment methods, at checkout, they may transmit the user's personal data to Klarna in the form of contact details and order details, so that Klarna can assess the user's eligibility for its payment methods and customize these payment methods. The user's transferred personal data is processed in line with Klarna's privacy policy.
6. Installment payment via Scalapay
By purchasing with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately while paying in 3 installments. The installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize the transfer. The economic value of each installment displayed when you are redirected to Scalapay will include any shipping costs and/or services calculated at checkout. Any non-acceptance of the installment plan is not dependent on WORLDCLIMA Srls.
NB: If you reserve an unavailable product, the first installment is paid upon order completion, and the product is shipped when available.
