EXTREMELY SIMPLE TO USE, IT ALLOWS YOU TO CHOOSE BETWEEN SUMMER/OFF/WINTER MODES AND TO ADJUST THE THREE MOTOR SPEEDS WHICH, DURING INSTALLATION, CAN BE THERMOSTATICALLY CONTROLLED, I.E., CONTROLLED BY THE THERMOSTAT, OR KEPT ALWAYS ON, DEPENDING ON HOW THE CONNECTIONS ARE MADE.
