BIPOLAR
Pre-insulated coupled copper pipe conforming to EN 12735-1, self-extinguishing and anti-condensation. Class 1 for refrigerant gas conditioning. CuDHP 99.9% copper pipe conforming to EN 12735-1.

Closed-cell polyethylene insulation with low conductivity, non-toxic, CFC-free, odorless. Tear-resistant polyethylene protective sheath in WHITE. Identification and progressive metering indicated. Packaged in strapped coils.

THE SHEATH
The insulating sheath produced by Isoclima, adhering to an incombustible support, melts without developing flames; it is therefore classified as fire resistance class 1 (according to UNI 9177-87) and bears the progressive marking "00 BIPOLAR D x SP CL. 1 suitable GAS R407/R410/R32" in addition to the indication of the day, hour, minute, and production line for quality control. The main characteristics of the Bipolar sheath are excellent resistance to water vapor diffusion, a consistent reduction of humidity phenomena on the external surface of the pipe with water conduction at the dew point temperature for the surrounding ambient air.
