Zerocal+ PRO are anti-limescale proportional dispensers for boilers, water heaters, washing machines, and dishwashers.

Zerocal+ PRO use immersion pump technology that is not damaged by prolonged absence of the anti-limescale liquid.

The ultra-compact dimensions, ergonomic shape, and adjustable connections make installation quick and easy on both horizontal and elbow pipes.

Zerocal+ PRO do not require electrical power.

To refill the anti-limescale product, it is not necessary to turn off the water; simply unscrew the tank, pour in Zerocal+ DOSE, and screw the tank back on.

The water used in plumbing systems contains a certain amount of dissolved calcium and magnesium salts, which constitute its hardness.

When water is heated, hardness gives rise to a chemical reaction with the formation of calcium and magnesium carbonate (limescale) and carbon dioxide.

Calcium carbonate precipitates, leading to scaling on systems and heat exchangers, while carbon dioxide generates corrosive effects within the system.

It is therefore necessary to treat water by installing anti-limescale and anti-corrosion equipment such as proportional dispensers.

The dosing of polyphosphate-based products, in proportion to the passage of water (< 5 ppm), does not alter the potability characteristics of the water, keeps soluble the elements that would otherwise precipitate forming scale, and protects against corrosion phenomena.

Installation is very simple and can be carried out upstream of the plumbing system, boilers or water heaters, and upstream of washing machines and dishwashers.
