Riello AARIA MONO PLUS I Unique design for always-on comfort

AARIA MONO PLUS I is Riello's new range of wall-mounted inverter air conditioners, designed for air conditioning in residential and small commercial environments, offering comfort for all seasons, operating in both heating and cooling. The range achieves energy efficiency values of class A+++/A++ (FOR MONOSPLIT), thanks to inverter technology. The outdoor units use R-32 refrigerant gas, which has a low environmental impact.
The range helps create a comfortable and healthy environment for the user. A high level of comfort is offered by the ECO SENSOR function, which adjusts the airflow based on human activity it detects in the room and provides significant energy savings by monitoring environmental conditions in real time. Improved indoor air quality is offered by the HEALTH function which, through ultraviolet radiation from the UV lamp in the indoor unit, removes harmful microorganisms from the air.
The high level of quietness of the air conditioner, whose indoor unit, at super-minimum speed, reaches up to 16 dB(A) sound pressure, in both heating and cooling, remains a characteristic element of the range. Comfort can be managed both through the supplied, easy-to-use infrared remote control, and through the Wi-Fi module, supplied as standard in all indoor units, via the BeSmart AC/Evo 2 App, even when away from home.

AARIA MONO PLUS I A touch of design

Design and attention to detail are among the main characteristics of the AARIA MONO PLUS I range, which stands out for its simple and essential style. AMW PI is the indoor unit for wall installation, which pairs with the AARIA MONO PLUS I outdoor unit. The indoor unit, with its linear design and matt white surface finish, which also features an embossed wave pattern on the side, becomes elegant and adapts to both classic and more modern and minimalist environments.

The range

The AARIA MONO PLUS I range is available in 3 sizes: 2.5, 3.5 and 5.0 kW. The indoor units are already configured to operate in combination with multisplit outdoor units from the AARIA MULTI PLUS I range.

With AARIA MONO PLUS I, you can manage your comfort both at home and away from home. Thanks to the infrared remote control, all air conditioner functions can be set and programmed simply and intuitively, choosing those that best suit the user's needs. Furthermore, with the Wi-Fi module supplied as standard, present in the indoor unit and completely invisible from the outside, it is possible to control the air conditioner even when you are not at home, by connecting to the BeSmart AC EVO2 app. The LED display on board the indoor unit shows the temperature

One of the main features of AARIA MONO PLUS I is its quiet operation. The sound pressure of the indoor unit reaches a minimum of 16 dB(A), offering maximum acoustic comfort. By activating the QUIET function on the remote control, the fan speed can be reduced to achieve an almost imperceptible sound, comparable to human breathing.

Comfort at the user's service ECO SENSOR function

With the AARIA MONO PLUS I range, comfort becomes intelligent and offers significant savings in terms of electricity consumption. Thanks to the ECO SENSOR function, the user experience is improved. The sensor, located in the indoor unit, monitors environmental conditions in real time, detecting the presence of people in the room (detection distance up to 8 meters). The function offers two different settings:

"Follow me" mode: the airflow follows the user's movement

"Avoid me" mode: the airflow avoids direct contact with the user. Furthermore, when the sensor does not detect people in the room for 20 consecutive minutes, it automatically activates energy-saving mode, adjusting the temperature accordingly and thus offering the user lower bills.

FULL SWING function

The FULL SWING function is another novelty of the range. With AARIA MONO PLUS I, both the horizontal and vertical deflectors are motorized and therefore do not require any manual adjustment.
In this way, it is possible to control the airflow by adjusting the position of the vanes via the remote control, both HORIZONTALLY and VERTICALLY. The motorized deflectors can also be stopped in the precise desired position and, therefore, direct the air in a specific direction of the environment.

COANDA effect

With the AARIA MONO PLUS I air conditioner, comfort is also improved thanks to the Coanda effect, which offers homogeneous air distribution throughout the room, optimizing airflow and temperature.

Improved air quality 56°C sterilization function

Enjoy a healthier environment thanks to the air sterilization function for deep cleaning and rapid disinfection. High-temperature sterilization at 56°C dries internal components and kills bacteria and viruses, providing healthy air from the air conditioner. The functionality consists of 3 phases:

Self-cleaning: The function freezes the evaporator and, subsequently, during the thawing process, any dirt is removed.

High-temperature sterilization at 56°C: Through intelligent temperature monitoring and frequency control technology, compressor operation is regulated to keep the evaporator temperature high for over 30 minutes, to kill any bacteria and viruses inside the air conditioner.

Rapid evaporator cooling: To improve sterilization performance, the fin surface is coated with silver nanoparticles which have an antibacterial efficacy of up to 99%. Overall, the function lasts 60-80 minutes.
The function can only be activated from the BeSmart A/C EV02 app.

Health function

Purifying the air and prioritizing user health has always been a priority for Riello. This is why the AARIA MONO PLUS I range offers the innovative HEALTH function, which allows the user to sterilize the ambient air through the ultraviolet radiation of a UV lamp placed in the air conditioner's indoor unit. Ultraviolet radiation removes bacteria and other potentially harmful microorganisms present in the air, making the entire environment healthy.

Comfort at your fingertips

The AARIA MONO PLUS I range is equipped with an infrared remote control, from which all air conditioner functions can be set to manage your comfort simply and intuitively. A wall mount is also supplied with the remote control.

I FEEL

The ambient temperature is perceived and detected by the remote control, which transmits the signal to the indoor unit. In this way, optimal comfort near the user will be achieved, also obtaining energy savings. This function can also be activated in Automatic mode.

Automatic cleaning

It is activated via the remote control and eliminates humidity from the indoor unit, preventing the formation of harmful microorganisms such as mold and bacteria. This function indeed allows the cleaning of the indoor unit coil, eliminating dirt. The functionality lasts 20-30 minutes and automatically ends with a double beep. It is important to always keep the indoor unit clean for proper air conditioner operation.

Antifreeze

It protects the system from the effects of frost when the ambient temperature is below 10°C, for example in second homes in the mountains during periods when they are inhabited.

The great novelty of the AARIA MONO PLUS I range is the presence of the Wi-Fi module, supplied as standard and integrated into the indoor unit, completely invisible from the outside. Thanks to the proprietary BeSmart AC EVO2 App, downloadable free of charge from all major App stores, it will be possible to program all air conditioner functions and manage home comfort even when away from home.
