you can easily control your system wherever you are via PC, tablet or smartphone; all you need is an internet connection. MELCloud can also be controlled by voice, thanks to its compatibility with Google Home and Amazon Alexa voice assistants. The MELCloud service has been designed for maximum compatibility with PCs, Tablets and Smartphones thanks to dedicated Apps or via Web Browser.

System registration

To activate the MELCloud service, you must register the system. Once the interface is connected to the indoor unit and paired with the router, you can proceed with registering the system itself. To activate Wi-Fi control, simply go to www.melcloud.com, register as a user, and register the interface used. From this moment on, you will be able to take advantage of all the potential of the MELCloud service and manage your air conditioner or ECODAN heat pump from anywhere via the internet.
