MELCloud can also be controlled by voice, thanks to compatibility with Google Home and Amazon Alexa voice assistants. The MELCloud service has been designed for maximum compatibility with PCs, Tablets, and Smartphones thanks to dedicated Apps or via Web Browser.

System registration

To activate the MELCloud service, you need to register the system. Once the interface is connected to the indoor unit and paired with the router, you can proceed with the system registration itself. To activate Wi-Fi control, simply go to www.melcloud.com, register as a user, and register the interface used. From this moment on, you will be able to take advantage of all the potential of the MELCloud service and manage your air conditioner or ECODAN heat pump from anywhere via the internet.
