The Midea group was among the first companies to introduce refrigerants with a low GWP (Global Warming Potential) index in its products to combat the effects of atmospheric overheating and the dreaded "Greenhouse Effect". This change occurred years before regulations mandated the abolition of traditional refrigerants, demonstrating Midea's commitment to environmental sustainability.
Low GWP Index Thanks to its reduced GWP index (675), R32 refrigerant is characterized by significantly lower equivalent CO2 emissions compared to other HFC refrigerants.
Energy Saving Comparative tests show that, under the same conditions, the new R32 refrigerant guarantees a specific efficiency 2% higher than R410A.
Ease of Installation The range of new Midea indoor units can be connected not only to R32 outdoor units but also to R410A outdoor units from the previous series, greatly simplifying management.

Ducted R-32

Reversible Air Intake
The air intake duct can be moved from the rear of the product (standard configuration) to the bottom of the product, by replacing a metal panel. This allows the product to be adapted to any installation condition.

A6 Ducted Units
The new range of A6 ducted units is characterized by more compact dimensions than previous versions (height starting from 210 mm) and a greater available pressure for the fans, all to the benefit of ease of installation. The products also feature an innovative automatic fan speed setting function that allows the system to automatically adapt its operation based on the ducting connected to the unit.

G2 Filters Included
To facilitate installation, Midea ducted units are supplied as standard with a G2 flat filter and filter frame.

Condensate Lift Pump
Midea 4-way Cassette indoor units are equipped with a condensate lift pump that allows drainage to a height of 600 mm above the tray.

Air Intake
The air intake is standard on the products: it can be connected to an intake fan to introduce air into the unit's return duct.
