The new Ururu Sarara is the expression of Daikin's superior technology in residential air conditioning. It is the only system capable of totally controlling air quality (cools and heats, humidifies and dehumidifies, refreshes and purifies the air), it is the most efficient on the market for both cooling and heating, and the first to use the new R32 refrigerant, developed by Daikin.

Humidifies and Dehumidifies

The humidification function allows you to set the relative humidity level between 40 and 60%, ideal during the winter months when heating can cause dry throat and chapped skin. The summer dehumidification function removes humidity from the air, allowing the temperature to remain constant or, for hotter days, to lower it to always obtain the best comfort.


"URURU" Humidification
A rotating element, made of hygroscopic material housed in the outdoor unit, captures the humidity present in the air. Using an electrical resistance, the humidity is extracted from the rotating element and sent, through a dedicated duct, to the indoor unit. The well-being deriving from correct humidification in the environment is immediate. The Ururu humidification system can provide up to 450ml/h of H2O without any need for connection to the mains water supply.

In very dry environments, the sensation of cold increases. The Ururu humidification system ensures the right level of humidity and the correct internal temperature, also allowing significant energy savings. The correct internal humidity value allows, in fact, to maintain a lower internal temperature and consequently helps to reduce consumption.


"SARARA" Dehumidification
During the summer, there can be particularly sunny and hot days, with high humidity levels which, as is known, have negative effects on our body. The SARARA function allows you to lower the humidity level in the environment while maintaining a constant indoor temperature to avoid excessive cooling.


New EKODORAI dehumidification function
It allows you to maintain a constant room temperature, lowering the humidity level, by using the heat exchange coil of the indoor unit. A sophisticated post-heating system, which only Daikin offers in a residential range.



Refreshes and purifies the air


Thanks to the air renewal function, Ururu Sarara is able to draw up to 32 m3/h of fresh air from outside and introduce it filtered into the environment. Furthermore, thanks to Daikin's innovative Flash StreamerTM purification technology, Ururu Sarara is able to neutralize bacteria, viruses, unpleasant odors and purify the air of pollutants such as dust, mites, mold and pollen. Automatic filter cleaning helps keep the air clean.


Ventilation and air renewal
Unlike common air conditioners that only recirculate ambient air, URURU SARARA is able to introduce fresh air into rooms by drawing it from the outdoor environment. Thanks to an airflow rate of 32 mc/h, URURU SARARA is able to completely renew the air in a 26 sqm room in less than two hours.

With Flash Streamer technology, air purification takes place in four filtration stages. The pre-filter eliminates coarse dust particles, the flash streamer oxidizes finer particles, the titanium apatite filter eliminates odors, and the last filtration stage eliminates formaldehydes and molds.

In terms of energy efficiency, Ururu Sarara, available in powers from 2 to 5.0 kW, not only ranks in class A+++/A+++, but achieves SEER values up to 9.54 and SCOP values up to 5.9, making it, by far, the most efficient air conditioner on the market!

The extraordinary energy efficiency of URURU SARARA, double A+++ class, with record-breaking SEER and SCOP, is the result of the application of a series of new technologies such as: an innovative swing compressor, a new inverter fan mounted on the indoor unit, a new heat exchanger with smaller tubes to increase heat exchange efficiency, a double air intake duct, and a new refrigerant (R32) across the entire range.



Uses the new R32 refrigerant


The R32 refrigerant was developed and patented by Daikin, a company always committed to researching solutions and technologies aimed at energy saving and CO2 emission reduction. R32 has a GWP (Global Warming Potential) value of 650, compared to the 1,975 value of the current R410A, with a 67% reduction.

"Intelligent Eye" sensor with dual control area

The sensor is responsible for detecting the presence of people, URURU SARARA automatically adjusts the set temperature by raising or lowering it by 2°C. If the presence of people is detected again, URURU SARARA automatically returns the room temperature to the level set by the user within a few minutes.

If the sensor detects the presence of people inside the room, the airflow is directed to the unoccupied area, thus avoiding directly impacting people.

New air distribution system that uses the Coanda effect* in combination with both bottom and top intake, allowing for a more uniform room temperature.
