Zen is the new 100% Rinnai domestic condensing boiler, with a standard WiFi chronothermostat. Thanks to the "My Rinnai" APP, using and monitoring the boiler is extremely simple: just one click to set the temperature, check consumption and modify programming for unexpected plan changes, such as a last-minute evening with friends. High-performing on any type of system, range rated and full condensing, Zen is the perfect Rinnai solution for domestic comfort. Small in size and great in performance, Zen is easy to install and guarantees a low environmental impact.


The heart of the boiler offers extraordinary performance

The metal fibre burner is ultra low NOx, with values that meet the most restrictive European regulations: Zen achieves the highest class of merit (Class 6) for low environmental impact and positions itself as the most eco-sustainable product in its category. The 100% Rinnai heat exchanger is made of stainless steel, completely recyclable, designed to ensure complete condensation and last over time.

Innovative earthquake safety sensor

In the event of medium or high intensity seismic events (increasingly frequent in our country as well), the boiler automatically isolates itself from the gas system, limiting the risk of leaks, explosions or fires, which can make the area affected by the earthquake even more dangerous.

Also installable outdoors

Zen is IPX5D certified and comes with a standard anti-freeze kit down to -20°C. Thanks to these features, it can also be installed outdoors without the need for additional protection.

Integrated condensate neutralizer

The Zen series features an integrated condensate trap inside the boiler, already pre-filled with granulate and ready for use. This allows you to simplify installation, always, even when replacing a traditional high-temperature boiler. The integrated neutralizer, in fact, eliminates the acidity of the condensate (water with an acidic pH produced by the normal operation of the boiler, corrosive for pipes) without having to incur the costs of purchasing and maintaining an external accessory that performs this otherwise indispensable function.

Integrated climate sensor

The integrated climate sensor is a standard feature of Rinnai heating units: its internal positioning allows both you, the user, and you, the installer, to avoid masonry work and electrical connections. Thanks to this sensor, you can forget about adjusting your home's temperature and let the boiler handle everything, intelligently adapting its operation to the weather, whether it's colder or milder. So while the boiler operates with sliding temperature climatic regulation, you can enjoy a perfect balance of comfort and savings, without any worries.

Standard Wi-Fi

Zen offers a standard Wi-Fi chronothermostat (which can also be installed in a room different from where the boiler is located) to manage and control the boiler anytime, anywhere, with complete freedom. Consumption reports, weekly programming, setting modifications, and management of multiple boilers (such as your own and those of elderly parents, or a mountain home) from the same "My Rinnai" APP, available for Android and iOS smartphones.
