The new Family HM is Riello's solution for the most demanding user. The primary heat exchanger, entirely made of stainless steel, guarantees maximum efficiency and reliability over time, and the new optimized domestic hot water heat exchanger ensures exceptional comfort and the best rating class (Class A). The new Family HM is available with power outputs of 25, 30, and 35 kW, in instantaneous combi and heating-only versions.

NEW ADAPTIVE ELECTRONIC COMBUSTION CONTROL
The FAMILY HM range is equipped with the new intelligent ACC (active combustion control) system, capable of automatically adapting to the fuel (methane, LPG, etc.) without requiring specific codes or accessory conversion kits. This innovative and sophisticated control system allows for self-regulation of combustion, eliminating the need for initial calibration. The ACC system is also capable of adapting the boiler to operate with different gas configurations, different pipe lengths, and at different altitudes (within the specified design limits). Furthermore, the new adaptive system can perform self-diagnosis for combustion that is always under control, with emissions consistently well below the limits imposed by regulations.

NEW PLATE DOMESTIC HOT WATER HEAT EXCHANGER, WITH EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE
Thanks to the renewed plate heat exchanger, developed by Riello, FAMILY HM offers excellent domestic hot water performance for top comfort, both in terms of rapid setpoint achievement and temperature stability during draw-off. The 35 kW model achieves an XXL load profile, with the possibility of offering multiple simultaneous draws.


INTEGRATION INTO HYBRID SYSTEMS
FAMILY HM can be integrated into Riello multi-energy hybrid systems (gas/electricity and renewables) through the accessory offerings of the Hi, Comfort platform. FAMILY HM CONNECT models are already supplied with the advanced T300 thermostat for immediate Wi-Fi connection and integration into hybrid systems.

EASE OF INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
The ACC system simplifies installation. During startup, the new boiler does not require calibration, and it is sufficient to select the type of combustible gas used by the boiler via the interface, if different from the default (methane). The compact dimensions and light weight make the product easy to transport and move during installation. Front access to components also makes the product easier for the assigned technician to maintain, speeding up intervention times.

The entire FAMILY HM range is IoT ready, meaning it is designed to integrate with the Hi, Comfort platform of integrated solutions.

In particular, the recently introduced Hi, Comfort T300 advanced room thermostat, available as an accessory, not only allows remote control of the boiler via a smartphone and tablet app, but is also capable of managing an entire hybrid system via the app.
