Residence In is the Riello solution designed for installation needs where space makes the difference and for uncompromising comfort. Residence In stands out for its compactness, application flexibility and wide availability of accessories that guarantee compatibility and retro-compatibility even in the smallest Riello boxes.

The primary heat exchanger, entirely made of stainless steel and with front access to the combustion chamber, and the optimised plate heat exchanger ensure maximum efficiency and reliability over time and guarantee high comfort, both for heating and domestic hot water.

With RESIDENCE IN, Riello continues the renewal of its wall-mounted offering in an eco-compatible key. The wide 1:8 modulation range, the very low NOx emissions, which place the range in Class 6 (the best according to European standards), and the predisposition for operation with natural gas and hydrogen mixtures – up to a maximum of 20% – are just some of the features that qualify RESIDENCE IN as the ideal boiler for an installation that holds its value over time, with minimal environmental and aesthetic impact.

RESIDENCE IN is the ideal solution for replacement, as well as for new construction. The small size of the product, together with the availability of an articulated range of accessory kits for every type of application, makes installation easier and faster, even in small pre-existing boxes.

RESIDENCE IN, as the name suggests, is the new Riello boiler designed primarily for recessed installation in a box. Thanks to its small size and the availability of a dedicated range of accessory kits, RESIDENCE IN is compatible and retro-compatible with the various types of Riello boxes. The new Riello solution, when replacing a built-in model, ensures significant savings for the user, avoiding both the purchase of a new box and any masonry costs to adapt the niche space. Furthermore, the hydraulic connections with Riello sequence make replacement with old boilers even easier and more immediate. Built-in installability is also a plus for new construction, allowing for saving increasingly precious space inside the home and minimising the aesthetic impact on the facade.

Suitable for outdoor use

RESIDENCE IN, thanks to its IPX5D protection rating and the anti-freeze accessory kit up to -15°C, can also be installed outside the home, in a partially protected place.

RESIDENCE IN is equipped with a control panel with rational and modern lines, which stands out for its simplicity of use. Through the backlit LCD display, which communicates with the user via icons and scrolling text, it is possible to easily access all RESIDENCE IN functions.

A steel heart for maximum efficiency

RESIDENCE IN is equipped with a new stainless steel primary heat exchanger, with a smooth tube of large section, capable of ensuring the best efficiency and cleanliness over time. Stainless steel, in addition to its high resistance to the corrosive action of acid condensate, prevents the internal formation of oxides and other electrochemical phenomena typical of installations in old systems. The unique coiled spiral geometry (series hydraulic circuit) ensures a constant flow rate in all sections of the heat exchanger and intrinsically prevents clogging phenomena. Front access facilitates periodic maintenance and cleaning of the combustion chamber.

High domestic hot water comfort

Thanks to the new high-performance plate heat exchanger, RESIDENCE IN offers high domestic hot water comfort, with hot water available quickly and excellent stability of the delivery temperature.
