Baxi Eco5 Blue is a conventional boiler with low NOx emissions (class 6 according to EN 15502), with compact dimensions (730x400x298 mm), ideal for replacing shared branched flues.
The Baxi Eco5 Blue A7729074 conventional wall-mounted boiler is natural draught; it provides heating and domestic hot water (DHW) production with low consumption and emissions. It has a control panel with a multifunction LCD display and is designed to be connected to the Baxi integrated solar system.Baxi's B1 type natural draught conventional boilers are designed to meet all installation requirements in shared branched flues.

The ErP/EcoDesign regulation provides that, as an exception, manufacturers may continue to produce and market open-flue, low NOx boilers, for domestic installations only, with the constraint of replacement in shared branched flues.

ErP Energy Labelling

The labelling regulation (EU Regulation 2017/1369) requires products to be labelled according to a decreasing energy scale ranging from A++ to G, which will change from A+++ to F from 26/09/2019.

The energy class, identified by a letter, expresses a range of efficiency values within which the value expressed by the product in question falls. The label allows the final consumer, by providing true and comparable data, to make informed choices by opting for high-efficiency products.

The ErP/EcoDesign regulation, in force since 26/09/2015, allows the installation of traditional open-flue boilers (also known as natural draught boilers) ONLY with the constraint of replacement in shared branched flues. For all other cases, the installation of a condensing boiler is mandatory.
