The innovative hyperstoichiometric burner allows the flame to be supplied with a greater air-gas mixture than that needed for combustion, resulting in a very low flame temperature. This characteristic, in combination with the cooling of the burner through the water in the water heater circuit, leads to a significant reduction in the polluting values of carbon monoxide and nitrogen produced by combustion, thus fully satisfying the new limits imposed by international regulations.
