The single-tube architecture (series circuit) allows for a large section for water passage in the heat exchanger with the advantage of having low pressure drops and preventing both limescale and impurity deposits.\u003cbr\u003eThe innovative aluminum condensing heat exchanger allows most of the heat from the fumes to be recovered, reducing chimney losses, and most of the latent condensation heat of the water vapor present in the fumes, achieving a four-star energy efficiency rating (according to European Directive CEE 92\/42). The electronics only act on the fan speed (incoming air flow) without interfering with the injection of the gas quantity, which is automatically drawn in. Beretta therefore introduces a new double-split mixer: a calibrated mechanical damper that opens or closes part of the venturi section to divide the modulation range into two stages (smaller section with low air flows or larger section with high air flows).
